Eager to innovate, we ventured into uncharted territory by experimenting with a variety of wood types to create unique smoked garlic offerings. Inspired by our love for garlic, we delved into the art of pickling, crafting three distinct flavors – Dell, hot and spicy, and bread and butter. Additionally, our creativity led us to develop a delectable garlic brittle infused with cashews, almonds, and, of course, garlic. Despite our lack of industry experience, our commitment to quality and innovation drives us to deliver exceptional garlic products that delight the senses and elevate culinary experiences.
